Welcome to the SublueGo app. Please read the following terms carefully. If you disagree with any of the terms of this agreement, you may choose not to use this app. By entering this app, you agree to abide by all the provisions in this agreement and fully obey the management of the app developer. 

Chapter I General

Article 1 This app is an information platform provided by Sublue, offering users a platform for using our equipment, discussing and communicating with one another.
Article 2 The ownership, managerial authority and management rights of the app belong to Sublue.
Article 3 The right of final interpretation of this agreement belongs to Sublue.

Chapter II App Users

Article 4 All registered users and browsing users are app users (hereinafter referred to as "users").
Article 5 The personal information of the users is protected and no inquiry by any individual or entity is allowed, unless the user keeps his/her information public in the settings.
Article 6 The users have the right to freedom of speech.
Article 7 The words and deeds of the users shall not violate the relevant laws and regulations. Users may not publish, distribute or through other means transmit information containing one of the following contents in this app:
1. Contents that violate the basic principles established in the constitution of the relevant country;
2. Contents that endanger national security, reveal state secrets, subvert state regime, or undermine national unity;
3. Contents that damage national honors and interests;
4. Contents that undermine national unity, incite ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination;
5. Contents that compromise the national policy on religions and promote cults and feudal superstitions;
6. Contents that spread rumors, disrupt social order and undermine social stability;
7. Contents that spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or crimes;
8. Contents that insult others, slander others, or infringe on the legal rights of others;
9. Contents that disturb social order by inciting illegal gatherings, associations, parades, demonstrations;
10. Contents that organize activities in the name of illegal civil organizations;
11. Contents that are false, harmful, coercive, infringing on the privacy of others, or contents containing harassment, infringement, insults, vulgarity, obscenity, or other morally objectionable content;
12. Other contents that are prohibited or restricted by relevant national laws, regulations, rules, or legally binding terms.
Article 8 Users may not post any form of advertisement in this app, including but not limited to:
1. Publishing online start-up, online part-time job or false lottery winning information with any form of contact info;
2. Publishing information on academic degree of professional title handling, professional ghostwriter service, or the sale of test answers;
3. Publishing information on bank card agent, illegal lottery or the purchase and sales of invoice and others with contact info;
4. Publishing illegal information such as hackers, paid deletion of posts, and illegal certificates or stamp engraving with contact info;
5. Unauthorized publishing of any information about hospitals, beauty care service, medicines, freckles removal service, doctors, and plastic surgery service.
Article 9 The user shall bear all civil or criminal liabilities directly or indirectly caused by his or her personal actions. The user shall be liable for compensation to the app developer for the loss caused by his or her behavior. 
Article 10 Sublue has the right to deal with any users who violate the terms in this agreement until the relevant user is prohibited from posting any information in this app.
Article 11 Any form of spamming or posting that violates the terms through the use of illegal software is prohibited.
Article 12 The user has the right to file a complaint in accordance with this app’s complaint rules should he or she find any content on this app that is insulting others, defaming others, or infringing on the lawful rights and interests of others.
Article 13 In order to provide a high-quality communication platform for the users and ensure the healthy development of this app, users who post inappropriate contents, uses reactionary or pornographic profile photos and signatures will be punished strictly. Once such behavior is discovered, a permanent ID ban will be given to the relevant user and all his/her previous posts will be cleared.

Chapter III Declaration of Rights

Article 14 The contents and articles in the app is created by the users and the views expressed are those of the author alone and not Sublue. The user shall bear full responsibility for the authenticity of his or her posted contents and Sublue assumes no responsibility.
Article 15 The user shall bear full responsibility for any disputes between users and/or losses arising from the use of the app and Sublue assumes no responsibility.
Article 16 Sublue has the right to repost or quote the contents published by the users in the app without notice to the users.
Article 17 As for the copyright of any content (including selfies) published by the users in the app at any time, the users license the app developer’s worldwide right of usage as free, permanent, irrevocable, sublicensable and non-exclusive. The rights include but not limited to: reproduction rights, distribution rights, rental rights, exhibition rights, performance rights, screening rights, broadcasting rights, information network communication rights, filming rights, adaptation rights, translation rights, compilation rights, and other copyright enjoyed by the copyright owner as stipulated in the Copyright Law. Moreover, the users license the app developer the right to file a lawsuit for any subject infringement independently and obtain full compensation.

Chapter IV Punishment Rules

Article 18 The app developer solemnly reminds the user that if any one or more of the following conditions occur, the user shall bear the consequences including a ban on all access or part of the access, suspension of the account, or deletion of the account. In extreme cases, the user shall bear legal liabilities.
1. Use of indecent or inappropriate IDs and nicknames;
2. Publishing illegal or infringing speeches such as obscenity, pornography, personal attacks and anti-government speeches;
3. Engagement in illegal business activities;
4. Imitation of the manager’s ID or other’s ID to impersonate the manager or compromise the image of the manager;
5. Use of illegal software such as an automatic posting robot to spam the forum in violation of the rules.
6. Other circumstances that Sublue believes are inappropriate.

Article 19 In the case of one of the following circumstances, the app manager has the right to directly delete contents without prior notice to the author and to impose corresponding punishment in accordance with relevant regulations. In extreme cases, the app manager has the right to ban part of the user’s access, suspend his or her account or delete the account.
1. Publishing articles containing contents that are prohibited from publishing and distribution in Article 7 in this Agreement;
2. Publishing irrelevant articles or empty articles to spam the forum;
3. Publishing the same article multiple times;
4. Publishing advertisement in violation of the provisions of Article 8 in this Agreement;
5. Publishing articles or signatures with special content or format that seriously affect the user's browsing experience;
6. Other circumstances that Sublue believes are inappropriate.

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Article 20 Any legal disputes arising from the articles published by users has nothing to do with the app developer.
Article 21 Announcement will be made in advance if the app’s service needs to be suspended due to system maintenance or upgrade, etc. If the service is suspended due to hardware failure or other force majeure, this forum assumes no responsibility for any inconvenience or loss caused during the suspension. The app developer is not responsible for any loss of information and/or other consequences due to the app’s adjustments.
Article 22 For issues not covered in this Agreement, please refer to relevant national laws and regulations. When this Agreement conflicts with national laws and regulations, the national laws and regulations shall prevail.

According to the actual development of relevant countries, while freely expressing opinions and demands, all netizens must be civil and strive to be civilized netizens.

Six bottom lines

1. The bottom line of laws and regulations. We must abide by the laws. And laws must be strictly enforced so as to ensure thorough investigation when violations occur. At any time, illegal actions will be investigated, be it online or offline.
2. The bottom line of national interest. As a national citizen, one should always safeguard one’s national interest, which is also the glorious obligation that the Constitution endows each of us.
3. The bottom line of the legitimate rights and interests of citizens. As we fight corruption on the Internet, we must remember that we cannot attack others by unhealthy, improper or even illegal means such as "inappropriate photographs". Otherwise, one will not only violate the laws but also infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of innocent people.
4. The bottom line of social public order. People in the cyberworld must also follow certain order or rules so as to create a well and healthy internet environment.
5. The bottom line of morality. When we advocate virtues offline, we should also be ethical in cyberspace and refuse to do things that are unethical.
6. The bottom line of information authenticity. We are required to seek truth and proactively distribute authentic information while surfing the internet. Spreading rumors is strictly prohibited.
